Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stirring to combine.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha sauce.
  5. Pour soy sauce mixture over shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro, stirring to combine.
  7. Serve immediately with steamed rice and extra sriracha sauce, if desired.
