- 1/2 lb smoked salmon, diced
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

- 1 lb cooked pasta of your choice
Directions
- Heat Alfredo sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the smoked salmon and artichoke hearts and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
