- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and season with garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Dredge chicken in flour until lightly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Add white wine to the skillet and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add tomatoes and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour tomato mixture over the chicken and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
