Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs (e.g. basil, oregano, thyme)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread the hummus on one side of each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the hummus.
- Sprinkle the chopped herbs on top.
- Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet.
- Bake the melts in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
