Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs (e.g. basil, oregano, thyme)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread the hummus on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the hummus.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped herbs on top.
  5. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake the melts in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
