Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • For the dipping sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, flour, garlic powder, ginger, coriander, cayenne, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes, flipping the chicken occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and honey for the dipping sauce. Serve the fried chicken with the dipping sauce.
