1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
For the dipping sauce:
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, flour, garlic powder, ginger, coriander, cayenne, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes, flipping the chicken occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and honey for the dipping sauce. Serve the fried chicken with the dipping sauce.
