Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, shaking off excess.
