Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons tequila
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the tequila, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and stir to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Serve the shrimp with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
