Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken livers, trimmed and halved
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken livers into melted butter, then into bread crumb mixture, coating both sides.
- Place chicken livers onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until chicken livers are cooked through.
