Ingredients
- 3-4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the potatoes. Boil for 8-10 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Drain potatoes and let cool for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Add potatoes to the bowl and mix until everything is combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
