Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound smoked salmon, flaked
  • 8 ounces dried pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes, or until al dente.
  3. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water until cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, smoked salmon, peas, red onion, bell pepper, and celery.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
