Ingredients
- 1/2 pound smoked salmon, flaked
- 8 ounces dried pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes, or until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water until cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, smoked salmon, peas, red onion, bell pepper, and celery.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, dill weed, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
