- 1 Whole Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, rosemary, and thyme.
- Rub the chicken with the olive oil, then season with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh registers 165 degrees F.
