Ingredients
- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- Shredded cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water.
- Stir and cook until the beef is fully cooked and the water has evaporated.
- Place the Doritos onto a baking sheet.
- Top with the cooked ground beef and shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
