  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, rolled oats, whole wheat flour, honey, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
