Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 sweet potatoes, diced
1/2 pound pastrami, diced
1/4 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the sweet potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
Stir in the pastrami and chicken broth. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet.
