Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups light corn syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn syrup, sugar, and salt. Stir continuously until the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the popcorn to the pan and stir until all of the popcorn is evenly coated with the mixture.
- Using a spoon, scoop out the popcorn and shape it into balls.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let cool.
