Ingredients

Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, black pepper, salt and paprika until combined.
- Stir in the sweet peppers until evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
