  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until they are just tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let cool for a few minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, and pickles.
  5. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the bowl.
