In a large pot, combine the beans, water, onion, garlic, bay leaf, smoked paprika, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until beans are tender.
Add the chorizo, bacon, ham, sausage, and pork ribs to the pot and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste and vinegar and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve hot.
