1 (14-ounce) package smoked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add kielbasa and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add onion, bell peppers, celery, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes more.
Stir in brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened slightly, about 10 minutes.
