Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the dried fruits and apple juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
