Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
