In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until evenly combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until light and fluffy.
Add the yogurt and mix until just combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
Fill the prepared muffin cups about two-thirds full with the batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
