- 1 pound steak, sliced into thin strips
- 8-10 small flour tortillas
- Toppings of your choice (sour cream, guacamole, etc.)
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the bell peppers, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the steak strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet over low heat, about 1 minute per side.
- Divide the steak and vegetables among the tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
- Serve the steak fajitas warm.
