Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the bell peppers, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the steak strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a skillet over low heat, about 1 minute per side.
Divide the steak and vegetables among the tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
Serve the steak fajitas warm.
