1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (2 pounds) frozen tater tots
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion, and cook until beef is browned and onion is softened, about 7 minutes.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cheese. Cook until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread tater tots evenly in the bottom of the dish. Pour beef mixture over the top of the tater tots.
Bake in preheated oven until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
