Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (2 pounds) frozen tater tots
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion, and cook until beef is browned and onion is softened, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cheese. Cook until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread tater tots evenly in the bottom of the dish. Pour beef mixture over the top of the tater tots.
- Bake in preheated oven until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
