Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ready-made pizza crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, sugar, oregano, basil, parsley, and thyme.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the prepared mashed potatoes, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, bacon, parsley, chives, basil, oregano, and thyme.
  4. Spread the mashed potato mixture onto the pizza crust and top with the pizza sauce. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
