Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 cup chopped black olives
• Green and red food coloring
• Black food coloring gel
• Round crackers or pretzel twists

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
2. Add the chopped black olives to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
3. Divide the mixture in half. Add green food coloring to one half and red food coloring to the other half.
4. Using a small ice cream scoop or spoon, scoop out small portions of the colored cream cheese mixture and roll them into balls.
5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Press a whole black olive into the center of each ball to create the pupil of the eyeball.
7. Using a toothpick, dab a small amount of black food coloring gel around the edges of the olive to create a bloodshot effect.
8. Chill the eyeballs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
9. Serve the eyeballs on round crackers or pretzel twists for a spooky presentation.
