Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the saucepan.
