Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, and dill)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle the herbs and garlic over the top and season with salt and pepper.
