Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch balls, and roll in Italian-style breadcrumbs to coat.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spinach-artichoke balls, and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the fried balls onto a baking sheet, and bake in preheated oven until heated through, about 10 minutes.
