Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add potatoes, cabbage, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
