Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
Add potatoes, cabbage, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
