Ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
Add diced potatoes to the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions and sour cream.
Spread the cheese mixture over the potatoes.
Drizzle melted butter over the top of the potatoes.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

You can add other ingredients to the potatoes such as cooked sausage, bell peppers or jalapenos for more flavor.
