Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
- Add diced potatoes to the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions and sour cream.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the potatoes.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top of the potatoes.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
