Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
Directions
- In a shallow dish, combine the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add the flank steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and place on the grill. Grill for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
