Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour ketchup mixture over the top. Turn chicken to coat both sides.
- In a separate shallow dish, spread bread crumbs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the bread crumbs, coating both sides completely.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place chicken in the hot oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chicken on it. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve chicken with a side of your favorite veggies.
