Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour ketchup mixture over the top. Turn chicken to coat both sides.
In a separate shallow dish, spread bread crumbs.
Dip each chicken breast in the bread crumbs, coating both sides completely.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Carefully place chicken in the hot oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chicken on it. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve chicken with a side of your favorite veggies.
