Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour ketchup mixture over the top. Turn chicken to coat both sides.
  4. In a separate shallow dish, spread bread crumbs.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in the bread crumbs, coating both sides completely.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Carefully place chicken in the hot oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chicken on it. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  9. Serve chicken with a side of your favorite veggies.
