Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Lay tortillas on prepared baking sheet. Spread ricotta cheese over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
- Top with spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
- Cut into slices and serve hot.
