Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 1/4 cup white sesame seeds, toasted
- Soy sauce, to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, and Sriracha sauce and mix until well combined.
- On a sushi rolling mat, place a sheet of nori, shiny side down. Spread 1/2 cup of the sushi rice onto the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top of the nori.
- Spread the tuna mixture over the rice, leaving a 1-inch border at the top of the nori.
- Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the tuna mixture.
- Starting at the bottom of the nori, roll the sushi mat up into a tight cylinder shape. Wet the top border of the nori with water to help seal the sushi roll.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into 8 even pieces.
- Serve with additional Sriracha sauce and soy sauce, if desired.
