In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, and Sriracha sauce and mix until well combined.
On a sushi rolling mat, place a sheet of nori, shiny side down. Spread 1/2 cup of the sushi rice onto the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top of the nori.
Spread the tuna mixture over the rice, leaving a 1-inch border at the top of the nori.
Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the tuna mixture.
Starting at the bottom of the nori, roll the sushi mat up into a tight cylinder shape. Wet the top border of the nori with water to help seal the sushi roll.
Using a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into 8 even pieces.
Serve with additional Sriracha sauce and soy sauce, if desired.
