Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi-grade tuna, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 sheets of nori (seaweed sheets)
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo rolling mat. Wet your hands with some water, and spread 1/4 cup of cooked sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the tuna mixture in the center of the nori sheet, and spread it out in an even layer.
- Fold the top and bottom edges of the nori sheet over the tuna, and then roll the sheet up, using the bamboo rolling mat to help shape the roll.
- Cut the roll into 8 equal pieces, and repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and filling.
