In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil.
Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo rolling mat. Wet your hands with some water, and spread 1/4 cup of cooked sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
Place 2 tablespoons of the tuna mixture in the center of the nori sheet, and spread it out in an even layer.
Fold the top and bottom edges of the nori sheet over the tuna, and then roll the sheet up, using the bamboo rolling mat to help shape the roll.
Cut the roll into 8 equal pieces, and repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and filling.
