- 1/2 lb bow-tie pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups half-and-half

- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth, half-and-half, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Add tuna and Parmesan cheese to saucepan. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in spinach and cooked pasta. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
