Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Nduja
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and red chili flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the Nduja and cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from the heat and add the parsley, salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the Nduja mixture on toast or crackers and serve.
