Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the pork shoulder and cook for about 10 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
Add the chicken broth, tomato sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and honey to the pot. Bring to a simmer, then cover and transfer to the preheated oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pork is very tender.
Remove the pork from the pot and shred with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the pot and stir to combine with the sauce.
Serve the pulled pork in tacos, sandwiches, or over rice.
