Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 1/2 cups of red potatoes, diced
Directions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the garlic and pickles to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth and butter and stir to combine.
- Add the potatoes and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Add the chicken back to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
