Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
