Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 (3-4 pound) boneless ham
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, stir together the brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir in the melted butter, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
- Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan.
- Pour the pineapple juice over the ham.
- Spread the glaze mixture over the ham.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the ham reads 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). Baste ham with pan juices every 10 minutes.
- Let ham rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
