Ingredients
1 pound cooked lobster meat, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken stock

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken stock, tomato paste, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, and bay leaves.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the lobster meat and cream and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve hot.
