Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, water, and cornstarch. Set aside.
