Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil.

- Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Simmer for 6-8 minutes until the couscous is tender and the water is absorbed.
- Stir in the dates, almonds, and parsley. Serve warm.
