Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 2-4 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Add the tomato slices and onion slices to the grill and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
