Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the maple syrup, heavy cream, salt, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Beat until smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 custard cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until custards are set.
  6. Let cool and serve.
