Ingredients
- 2 delicata squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Cut the squash into half moons.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Add the squash and toss to coat.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
- Serve and enjoy!
