Ingredients
2 delicata squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
Cut the squash into half moons.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Add the squash and toss to coat.
Spread the squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
