  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and Thai chili pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
