This Ginger Radish Stir Fry is a flavorful and healthy dish that combines the peppery bite of radish with the warm spiciness of ginger. It can be served as a vegetarian main course or as a side dish alongside steamed rice or noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced radish
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
